Up Next! Pompa-Baldi at the Maltz Center

also featuring Brahms Symphony #1

A Dazzling Duo. A Stirring Symphony.
An unforgettable afternoon.

A mesmerizing blur of hands will dance across the keys as renowned pianists Antonio Pompa-Baldi and Emanuela Friscioni join forces in Kozeluch’s playful Concerto for Piano for Four Hands. Delight in this hidden treasure at the stunning Maltz Performing Arts Center.

Playful then gives way to Profound with Brahms’s majestic first symphony. Living in Beethoven’s shadow, it took Brahms over 14 years to write and wow, was it worth the wait! The mysterious  opening, lilting melodies and triumphant chorale-like finale might leave you asking “Beethoven, who?”
